Whether you have a great idea for a new product, or an existing product that is struggling to cope with the uncertainty implicit in modern agile development approaches, it is critical to have a clear roadmap process that keeps all the different teams aligned. This offering will work with your product team to capture the roadmap in a way that keeps all the stakeholders aligned and allows your engineering and marketing teams to focus on what is most important right now, without distractions or uncertainties. This offering starts with a short 30 minute call with the product team to set expectations about the purpose of the workshop and provide resources for people to prepare.

Kickoff Conference

This will be a 4-hour design thinking workshop that is structured to identify and prioritize the meaningful outcomes that the product should provide. During this workshop the team will identify and empathize with stakeholders, ideate on meaningful outcomes, and prioritize those outcomes for a roadmap.

Roadmap Workshop

This offering concludes with a playback meeting where the deliverables are handed over. This playback will provide you with a product roadmap that enables you to focus on the most important outcomes first, and more importantly a model to follow to regularly revisit and update your roadmap as the team progresses toward your goals.
